Having independently discovered Ibiza and all the magic it has to offer, Juliet & Jocelyn met on the White Isle four years ago whilst practicing yoga on the beach. Forming a firm friendship and inspired by a mutual love of the Island, they decided to partner up to create retreats which combine a relaxed, inclusive and friendly vibe, with a rejuvenating programme of yoga and meditation, surrounded by natural, unspoilt beauty.

Both East London dwellers, (but with sun-worshipping souls!) they feel strongly about the importance of taking time out from the city to appreciate the good things in life. Their goal is to make yoga and holistic living inclusive, removing any assumptions about who it’s for. It’s for EVERYONE who wants to live life to the full.

Juliet has been practicing yoga for the last 10 years and trained in Sivananda Amboli Ashram, India 2011. She first discovered Yoga when she was ill with post-viral chronic fatigue in her teens. It was a combination of regular yoga practice and a revamped diet that brought her back to life, full of energy and enthusiasm. As a teacher, she hopes to manifest these healing powers of yoga and inspire others to feel it too.

Having worked as a video Producer and Director for a number of years, Jocelyn found yoga in her life and was immediately inspired to travel to India and complete her 200 Hour qualification in Hatha Yoga. Through continued training - including an advanced level 300hr qualification in Vinyasa Flow with Frog Lotus Yoga International - she has developed an enthusiastic, informed and nurturing approach to teaching.

Jocie’s classes are focused on mindfulness and encourage relaxation in good measure - but also have a dynamic, energetic flow and give plenty of opportunity to improve strength and flexibility over time. She believes in leading with warmth and encouragement – teaching with creative language, playful sequencing and smiles always!

Jocelyn will be leading the morning classes and some workshops, along with cooking up a storm in the kitchen, providing all the energy-boosting meals for the retreat.
