Whether you are a beginner to yoga or enjoy a more intermediate practise, our twice-daily sessions are guaranteed to leave you feeling energised and rejuventated. Classes will combine a mixture of Hatha & Vinyasa Flow. The yoga programme will also include:
Pranayama - Breathing exercises to energise & detoxify the body, strengthening the respiratory system and soothing the nervous system

Meditation - To calm the mind and bring attention to the present moment through mindfulness.

Workshops - An opportunity to dive deeper into your practice - we will take time to break down poses, have a play and maybe get upside down for a while!

This is your holiday so feel free to engage with the programme as much or as little as you like - hopefully the combination of Ibizan vibes, our motivating energy and a supply of home-made treats and holistic food will keep you aiming high!
