Food is definitely high up on our list of priorities when it comes to retreats, our menus consist of healthy, light and alkalising meals, designed to keep you energised and well-fuelled whilst also bursting with flavour and nutrients.

 

The meals are vegetarian, (with some exception for fresh fish, if you so desire!) and predominantly wheat and dairy-free. We provide fresh juices in the morning to boost your energy levels, with a few additional healthy treats along the way! We can of course cater for all diets and will do our very best to accommodate you should you have additional dietary requirements.
